And again, for the 3rd time, the award was given to a redi-employee: Muhsin Omer, Quality Engineer of redi-Group LLC was recognized as employee of the month for June at the BMW plant in Spartanburg. Michael Berggrun, his BMW manager presented the award.
Before Muhsin started at redi-Group in October 2009 he worked as a Supplier Quality Engineer at the BMW plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Muhsin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. As a Quality Manager Part he is responsible for the powertrain zone. Based on his extensive knowledge of the BMW processes and the related automotive parts for the manufacturing process of the SUVs, Mushin is able to work independently. He is highly accepted within the redi-Group as well as at BMW.
