For the 4th time a redi-Group employee received the “Employee of the month” award: Lenny McCollin. The award for the month of November was presented by Michael Berggrun, Manager of BMW plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This award is a recognition of his excellent work as Senior Supplier Quality Engineer within the E7X and F25 Quality Teams.
Before Lenny started his new career with redi-Group in April 2010 he worked as Quality Manager at several Tier1 suppliers to BMW, GM, Chrysler and Ford in USA and Austria. Lenny posses vast experiences in the automotive industry with a focus on quality. Lenny is a certified Quality Engineer and has been trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt through ASQ (American Society for Quality). He combines outstanding performances with great personal skills. Lenny is responsible for several suppliers within the exterior quality group of BMW.
