Ted Hammer
Technical Division redi-Group North America LLC Ted is responsible for facilitation of all clients’ projects at OEM and Supplier locations. The Technical Divisions utilizes automotive quality systems in problem definition/resolution, required training and understanding customer expectations/relationships. As an Industrial Engineer with over 30 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, at OEM, Suppliers and Third Party Providers, Ted has proven his value to the company’s profitability. Ted derives his wealth of knowledge from former positions as Director of Quality Management, Quality Manager, Continuous Improvement Quality Specialist, and Supplier Quality/Development Engineer. His previous responsibilities in manufacturing management have led to many successful projects of Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing Processes, Quality Systems, and Lean Manufacturing. As part of an OEM Worldwide purchasing, his insights in organizational systems development and supplier assessments/development have proven invaluable.
