Dagmar and Dieter Reitmeyer foundation

The founder of the redi-Group and his wife support people in difficult situations by a foundation that was established in 2003. They seek to help in personal and financial crises, especially in cases of (excessive) indebtedness or financial distress through no fault of one's own. In such situations, the foundation pays for professional debt counseling.

The focus here is on: - Re-entry into an ordered working life - Sustained securing of manpower - Preservation of the job With a concept of active support to self-help of the individual, the Reitmeyer-Foundation aims to help affected employees to get new perspectives for a self-determined and self-confident private as well as working live. The foundation is an expression of our corporate philosophy  'people are our central focus'. After all, people are our greatest potential and much more than merely 'human capital'. We want to give back a little of our company’s success to those, especially, who have fallen on hard times through no fault of their own.

The foundation is solely financed through donations, mainly paid or collected by the Reitmeyer family itself. Most recent example here is the publication of the second book of Dieter Reitmeyer 'Unternimm Dein Leben'.
