Founded in 1996, redi-Group is now one of the largest German service providers for quality assurance and quality management in the automotive industry. In the span of just a few years, our company has grown from being a one-man business into an international full-service provider employing over 1,500 people today.

Foundation of the redi-Group GmbH as parent company Awards: 'Vision Award 2008' and 'Best Practice Award 2008' Introduction of our Corporate Compliance Program Dieter Reitmeyer releases his second book  "Unternimm Dein Leben" (Manage your own life towards success) All proceeds from the sales of this book are donated to the charitable trust 'Arbeitnehmer in Not' (Employees in Distress).

2007	Employee profit sharing for the first time Formation of redi-Qualify GmbH and implementation of the initiative 4020/2010

The company celebrates its tenth anniversary Introduction of the new company slogan  "People for Quality" Dieter Reitmeyer releases his first book  "Hinter den Vorhang geschaut" (Look behind the curtain) Foundation of redi-Group Eastern Europe - Pardubice (Czech Republic) Upgrade audit for the redi-Control Deutschland GmbH according to VDA 6.2 : 2004

2005	New company headquarters in Langenfeld Reorganization of the company and its subsidiaries under the redi-Group as holding company Foundation of redi-Engineering GmbH - Langenfeld (Germany) The company joins the VDA (German Automotive Association)

2004	The IMDS (International Material Data System) center is set up in Dresden (Germany)

2003

redi-Group participated for the first time at the 'Control', the international trade exhibition for quality assurance in Sinsheim (Germany) redi-Control Deutschland Ost GmbH is set up in Dresden (Germany) redi-Control Deutschland Süd GmbH is set up in Unterföhring (Germany) The Reitmeyer foundation for employees in financial difficulties called "Arbeitnehmer in Not" is founded

2002	redi-Control Deutschland Nord GmbH is set up and the quality center opened in Lilienthal (Germany) redi-Control Deutschland Süd-West GmbH is set up in Böblingen (Germany)

2001	The first quality center is set up and opened in Ludwigsfelde (Germany) The first warehouse is set up in Döbeln (Germany)

2000	redi-Control Austria GmbH is set up in Vienna (Austria)

1998	Certification according to EN ISO 9002:1994 (renewals in 2001, 2006, 2008) The first international office is founded (Michigan, USA) The construction begins for the new company headquarters in Langenfeld (Germany)

1996	Dieter Reitmeyer founds redi-Control in Langenfeld (Germany)
