Initiative SACHEN MACHEN of the VDI - Association of German Engineers
In 2006, the Association of German Engineers (VDI) started their initiative 'Sachen Machen', the first nationwide campaign for strengthening Germany as an active location for technology. redi-Group is a partner of the VDI and supports this campaign with our own nationwide campaign for qualifying elder unemployed engineers. LVQ Lehr- und Versuchsgesellschaft für Qualität mbH
Focussing on further training and development of employees, redi-Group is working in cooperation with LVQ since 1st of May 2009. LVQ, an insitution for (further) training with its headquarters in Mühlheim in the Ruhr area, is certified according to AZWV, a certification from the German Federal Employment Office. The insitution organises specialized training packages for skilled employees and managers from various industries. This cooperation between redi-Group and LVQ enables both parties to a collaborative organisation of training sessions in which our staff can contribute as course instructors and speakers. Furthermore, our office premises can be used for such traning sessions. More information

The co-operation with EDAG enables us as a service provider to offer the complete product development process to our customers. Thus, we can accompany a product from 'its cradle to the grave' in order to improve its quality.
