After receiving your confirmation, we initially call or email you to arrange a first phone interview with you. At this stage we encourage an open exchange regarding the position and your qualifications.

If you are able to convince us, and you’re convinced by us, you’ll receive an invitation to a personal meeting. Depending on the position, this is followed by a second interview or even an assessment centre.

We make every effort to give you concrete feedback within two weeks. HR or the department in question will reach out to you accordingly. As there are usually several departments involved in the selection process, the decision can be delayed in isolated cases.

redi-Group is a company that operates internationally, and has regional companies in India, China, Mexico, Spain and the USA. Furthermore, our employees also work at sites in other countries. Depending on the remit of the job, it is also possible to work abroad. This can vary from short-term assignments to long-term stays.

Throughout the year, you’ll be working away from home about 85 to 90% of the time. In most cases, this involves working on projects between Monday and Friday at the customer’s facilities.

About 80% of these projects take place in Germany. The rest of the projects are divided between other European and non-European countries.
